Photojournalist John Beale has documented life in Western PA for more than 40 years.

A former staff photographer for the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and an Associate Teaching Professor Emeritus at Penn State’s University Park campus, Beale’s photographs have been published extensively in major newspapers, magazines, websites, and books.
