It’s almost here – the 109th Pittsburgh Salon of Photographic Art!
Event times have been finalized – here are the details:
The event will begin at 9AM with coffee, donuts and bagels courtesy of the Salon Committee. A chance to catch up and chat with fellow members and also meet the print competition judges.
The PDI presentation will begin at 10 AM including the award winning image announcements. The presentation will be repeated a number of times.
The Print Competition judging will start at 10 AM. (Closed to members as the judging takes place.) The Print Competition results will be announced between 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM. The exhibit will open for viewing and a few comments by the judges.
Lunch will be available at approximately 11:30 AM. Stay and view the excellent photographs again and discuss the results.
The Open House for family and friends is Sunday, 7th from 12 noon – 4 PM. All are welcome.
The Print Image competition will be available to view all afternoon.
The Manchester Craftsmen’s Guild Student Showcase will begin at 12:30 PM.
The Pittsburgh Photography Club PDI presentation will begin at 1:00 PM.
The Ekphrasis Poetry Program with the Pittsburgh Poetry Collective will start at 2:00 PM.
The Club PDI presentation will repeat at 3:00 PM.
