MyPhotoClub Administrative Site
MyPhotoClub is a website that we have chosen to administer our competitions. For many years this has made it easy for us to submit, judge, report results, and print certificates. Unfortunately they were the subject of an intensive cyber attack recently and have been struggling to restore their services. At this point we still don’t have full service restored, but it is still useful for uploading and judging. We are working on alternate ways to share results and print certificates until they either restore services or we chose another competition service provider.
Follow these steps to submit your entries to MyPhotoClub
- Login to MyPhotoClub by clicking here https://pghphoto.myphotoclub.com.au
- If you do not have a login, the sign-up instructions are self-explanatory and easy to follow.
- Click
in the upper right to enter competitions and activities - You will see the list of competitions under the section ‘Open Collections’
- Select the competition you want to enter and click
- Submit and enter your photographs according to the rules on the website – the same as outlined below depending upon which competition.

Print Competition Rules
- Up to three prints may be entered
- Sizing:
- Print itself must be at least 8″x10″ (not including mat)
- No larger than 20″x24″ (including mat)
- No identifying marks on the front of the print
- Must be mounted on mat, foam core, or gator board – we recommend foam core or gator board for larger prints
- No framing or glazing allowed
- Matting is optional
- Submit your images to MyPhotoClub (https://pghphoto.myphotoclub.com.au)
- Print labels created by MyPhotoClub and attach to back of print

Projected Digital Image &
Themed Competition Rules
- Submissions:
- Three images may be entered for PDI
- Two images may be entered for Themed Competitions
- Max file size: 2MB
- Format: JPG
- Color space: sRGB
- Max dimensions: 1050 pixels high by 1400 pixels wide
- No identifying marks on the image
- Images must be uploaded and entered into competition through MyPhotoClub
- Image name can be added or changed when uploading to MyPhotoClub
